    Erin Gleason

    Erin Gleason is a negotiation consultant and independent arbitrator and mediator. She is also the founder of Take Charge Negotiations™, LLC - a virtual consultancy that she created to support women in negotiations. Erin has nearly 20 years of experience in the dispute resolution field. She formerly acted as the Global Head of ADR Programs for AIG, where she worked from 2007 through 2017, designing negotiation trainings and dispute resolution systems. She holds an LLM from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the #1 school in the United States for negotiation and dispute resolution studies, according to U.S. News & World Report. Prior to her in-house experience, Erin worked as a litigator in New York City for both plaintiff and defense, representing hundreds of parties in direct negotiation, arbitration and mediation of employment and commercial disputes. She also served as counsel in litigated class actions relating to securities, corporate governance, and employment. In 2017, Erin commenced work as a full-time arbitrator and mediator. The following year, she founded Take Charge Negotiations. Most importantly, she is mom to the most brilliant negotiation prodigy on the planet (at nine years of age).
