About Us

Erin Gleason Alvarez, founder and CEO of Take Charge Negotiations, is an accredited mediator, negotiation coach, 25-year yoga student and soon-to-be yoga instructor. She's been an attorney for over 20 years and holds a Masters of Laws degree in dispute resolution.
